I have got the most terrible fear of bugs, bees being the largest. Commonly people are all skiddish around bees and bugs but I am just simply terrified. I will either a) Freeze in fear or b) run like a sissy it is so bad where I won't even go outside during Summer if I really, really do not have to. I even bought into the "if you keep a mobile phone with you at all times, they stay away ..." I don't know if that's true or not but working or not I keep a mobile phone on me.
Can hypnotherapy help me? It's really, really embarrassing and if possible I'd like to get rid of my fear.  |
