I have a phobia when it comes to driving; I get panic attacks, instead of turning to medication I would like to try hypno-therepy. Could some people please tell me about their experiences with hypno therepy, if it works? I'm looking for ways to fight this problem, if anyone has any good information. |

I came from a small country town where at one time there would be about 5 cars on the road at one time. I then moved to where there was a freeway with hundreds of cars and it took me alot to get on the freeway let alone without fear. I talked myself out of the fear and talked myself into enjoy driving on the freeway. This is before I learnt hypnosis so yes I do believe hypnosis works. |

Hello Hopeman, Yes hypnotherapy will help you. I have helped many with this issue. Search out a reputable, highly experienced hypnotherapist and
in a few sessions you will be free. Do NOT buy CDs or home study self-hypnosis programs as they will be a waste of your time and money. |
