I am 5'6 and weigh 200. What is my body fat percent, or tell me how to calculate it and I can figure it out.

As an aside, you body fat is not connected to your height and weight that would be your BMI (which is a useless measurement). Why do you want to know your body fat percentage? as there may be more useful and easier to measure things that you can use. |

You can buy one of those electronic scales where you grip it (like some kind of racing car steering wheel) and it passes electricity through your body and calculates your bodyfat (don't worry; you don't feel it!) This is the most accurate way to tell. You can ask your doctor to do this test next time you're there, or you can buy one of the scales yourself.
Another cheaper way is to use a bodyfat caliper. You can get these online at probably any fitness website, and they're dirt cheap. They have a chart that comes with them. You measure 3 specific locations and add the numbers together, then find those numbers on the chart with your age and weight, and it will give you your bodyfat percentage. It's not as accurate, though. |

easiest way is using electrical resistance of the body. Cheap home scales are available now that do this pretty acurately. Alternatively you can use calipers and charts but it's convoluted and you'll need someone to help. |
