Yes it does work. Concentration and visualization is very important to have when you want to transform your new and beautiful body. Thoughts are useful to lead to action, but alot of people have an incorrect filtering system so they end up thinking a lot and toss those thoughts in the "maybe i'll do it later" section of the brain.
Thoughts need to be prioritized so it gets put in the "do it now" section. And that's what leads to taking the steps to create the body you want. Meaning if you focused you energy on your abs, by putting it in the "do it now" section you will get better abs.
Also, the reason why you may hold bad fat in certain area is because of energy stagnating thoughts (i.e. emotional stress)related to that area. Hypnosis will help you release it.
I brought back my hour glass shape when someone told me you can't, you're born with a certain shape and you have to keep it. ANYWAYS the world is full of people with limiting beliefs!
