My name is Kevin, first time here discussing hypnotherapy,
I am suffering from Body Dysmorphic Disorder for 6 years, though It's gotten better and it's not severe. Can hypnotherapy work for someone who is suffering from B.D.D.? |

Welcome to the group.
I don't know anyone who has used Hypnosis for this but it certainly seems like a good match.

Looking for someone with specific experience with this issue may prove difficult however most all Hypnotherapists have had experience with mind / body issues.
Your best bet is to locate a Professional in your area and discuss it with them. You can usually find someone close to you here: http://HypnosisOnline.com/listings/
Some things to keep in mind - if you are currently on medication or Doctor's treatment for BDD you will most likely have a hard time finding a Hypnosis professional who will work with you - unless you can get your current Doctor to concur with this approach. Some Hypnotherapists will not work with you if you are on medication.
