i listen to a hypnosis tape when im laying resting in bed at night,i find be listening to it,i get dreams and in them dreams there is alaways something bad or something unhappy happening in them,plus when i get those dreams my head the next day feels tired,like it has been threw alot and needs rest if that makes any sense,i suffer from panic and social anxiety,i think the key to getting better or better to a certain extend is by gaining confidence but any 1 who has social anxiety well understand how hard that is |
