First, not entirely sure if this is the correct section to post this in. I apologize if it isn't.
I know the question sounds a little silly, but I've been wondering for a while if hypnosis could virtually remove the ability to become nervous for fall into a vicious cycle of anxiety. I suppose I should start by saying it seems to be more of a social setting where I experience said issues. My most hated part of it would be the feeling that something is sitting in my throat and usually brings on a brief period of gaging.
So for a while, I've been searching for a solution. It would be nice if I could find such a miracle product, but I'm not entirely sure of the limits of hypnosis. (self-hypnosis or otherwise)
I would love to hear some opinions out there though.  |

Do a search in this forum (search link is at the top of every page) for anxiety. You will see this same question has been posted before and there are already a few conversations going on about it. There are ones on gagging, panic attacks and the like. When you find one that closely resembles your situation - feel free to join in and post any additional questions there - to advance that conversation.
