I just wondered if anyone could tell me what the average Hypnotherapy session entails? what it involves? what is usually the outcome? Thx. |

Or you can just take a look at our Hypnotherapist's directory to find those practicing in your area of the world. You can contact them by phone or email from there:
www.HypnosisDatabase.com
You can also do a little reading right here in this forum. Do a search for sessions in the search area (top right side of each page - click on the search link). You will find many discussions about typical and not so typical sessions right here.

Milkdrops, Open your phone directory to hypnotists/hypnotherapists.
Start calling and ask to speak to the therapist. Tell them you are interested in sessions and ask your questions. Be sure to call at least five therapists. Do not go to anyone who will not answer a reasonable number of questions on the telephone.
This is not the place to ask those questions because they are open ended
and you will not get the kind of answers you are looking for.; |
