I am just a young adult trying to master the art of self hypnotherapy, and I would like to know where to get these scripts on a computer media format such as a WAV file, MP3 or others.
I am finding it very hard to become self hypnotised becuase I am a first timer and I need a good script to get my hypnotised and relaxed without having the need to buy books or buy tapes.
If anyone could help me to tell me where I can get these files and even help me by recording one themselves please drop ur suggestions and an ICQ number and help the hypnosis community grow.

The most effective way to learn self hypnosis is to go to an experienced hypnotherapist & learn how to induct yourself into a trance.
Many hypnotherapists routinely teach their clients self hypnosis.
