Hi- My first message! A question... My uncle is having some very serious trouble going to sleep. He's tried practically every medication available, and has tried 3 different doctors. Nothing seems to help. He asked me to look on the web, and see if anything "different" shows up. This message board is what I came up with. So, I'm wondering if there is any kind of hypnotherapy available for someone like him. And if so, how does one go about finding a therapist? (He lives in Southern California). Any kind of help/tips would be great.

My wife is a Natural Therapist & she suggests that your uncle use essential Lavender Oil.. a few drops of the pillow before bed & some in a candle burner.

Try GIL BOYNE & WESTWOOD Publishing. Gil has trained many hypnotherapists in California & worldwide. Look in the phonebook for Clinical Hypnotherapists - some may specialise in relaxation techniques. Has your uncle tried Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Therapeutic Massage,Shiatsu?
