I have a severe form of P.M.D.D...So severe that everytime I came in the "difficult" period I starded to drink blacked out and ended up in jail..I'm full of anger and hate...I'm rather jealous..And I've got a low self esteem...It looks like I hate all the world(especialy other women)I think this is the most important in big lines...This wednsday I have an appointment with a hypnotherapist...What can I espect ...Do you think he can help me |

I went to day for smoking, still got another session but think the suggestions have already worked not smoked for 13hrs which 4 me is unbelivable,withdrawls r there but I'm ok....Strange. but really I need this to work for my jealousy 2,this was my trial run and I now have a little more confidence to go forward. If not stef don't no what else to do coz thats how my lifes been,some say depressing, I say well change what happened coz I can't f***ing forget.
