I never used to swear much but in recent years I have been doing it on a very regular basis,I mostly did it near co-workers,now that I have grandchildren I need to cut this habit out before they use it at school,I don't want my daughter being in trouble because her children swear at school,and say grandpa taught us. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi Peter
Something that you can try is have a tape recorder, with you in the room recording. now at some point go and have a listen to your self. and count just how many swear words you have. in that time when the recorder is working..
do this for a few days..
Now get a rubber band.. put it on your wrist and for 3-7 minutes just sit down and when your on your own just swear like crazy for that time.. yet for each swear word you say snap teh rubber band on your wrist.. Ouch..
Now go back in time a few years in side your mind.. and do just the same thing a few more times.
Now come back right to the now.. and now go in to next week month year etc etc.. and do the same thing again.. do this for a few days.. and your brain will get the message.
