I am a 22 year old female with sexual problems. I love sex and enjoy it, but I am not able to fully enjoy due to past experiences and low self esteem. I am getting a lot better with the self esteem due to hypnosis, but I was wondering if there is any specific hypnosis tapes. I'm willing to try almost anything. Thanks!! |

I have also had this problem and wasn't able to climax until about 30. For the most part it is solve, but one needs to carefully examine the cause. I find if i think less about sex and just relax and if it comes great if not that's ok too. I think what really has made the differnce is having sex with someone you love, who is not going to be judgemental but also who is willing to take care of your needs.
In one of my text book it states that for the most part women and menn experiece orgasim differently. Men seem to have instant enjoyment while women work their way to increasing pleasure, while experiencing pleasure. It's in one of my nursing books and the explain it very nicly but i can't find out which book, i have way too many.

I’m very sorry, why not to use special supplements for women's health (I have used Sentia - very helpful)? I understand that hypnosis is the special alternative way and I esteem it. My friend has forgotten about the gaming table with the help of hypnoses. I only want to say that there are other ways to solve this problem. |

You might want to try a custom produced audio program for something in between the one-on-one session and a generic tape. We do this by using your own words and reasoning and create the custom recording just for you.

Fine, just so long as I am understanding the question, and can give a reasonable answer.
To begin with, it may be that you are unable to relax for personal reasons, of which we know nothing. You need to know those reasons before you can deal with them. Hence the need for a practitioner's intervention.....Tapes don't think, people do.....
You can use tapes for relaxation, or simple stuff, because there is nothing to figure out, but when it comes to the more difficult stuff, tapes are a waste of money as a rule. If this were not so, I doubt you would be asking the question, since you are already using them for the simple stuff......
Now, why are you unable to relax? Is it because you have been taught that sex outside of marriage is bad? Because you might get pregnant and spoil the rest of your life? Because you fear abortion if the need arises? So many reasons for discomfort, and I have only scratched the surface. Now go figure, how do you see tapes helping? anthony....... |

When I say I enjoy sex but not fully, I mean my problem isn't with desire or sex drive, but with relaxing, letting go. I enjoy sex but not as much as I know I could. I'm asking about tapes/CDs because that's all I can afford. I don't have the financial resources to see a hypno-therapist or anything. |

I have a problem understanding your post. Please explain what you mean by the statement," I love sex and enjoy it, but not "fully"?
How do you know what fully is? If you are using hypnosis, why are you asking about tapes, or is that what you are using at present? Anthony... |
