Hi
I am really happy to find such forum on net. I have a little problem which i wanna discuss. Actually I have psoraisis(skin problem) for last 13 years. Tried all medicines and many other things but it never get better. In the end of june my uncle came from california usa and he told me i can recover it with the help of hypnosis. So he did 3 or 4 sessions and after that he asked me to do it myself. So i started practicing it though i am not regular on daily basis. Anyway the results are here i get rid of 80% of it and its getting better day by day with self hypnosis. I also tried to get rid of my fats on my tummy and it also reducing and my diet is controlled automatically and later on i read on a site that subconcious set the diet according to the weight you want. For me it seems to be a magic. Thats my history now my problem. The problem is I a still not confident that if its happening cuz of hypnosis or its something else. I mean i am not satisfied if i am doing right or wrong as i normally do only 2 to 5 mins sessions on alternate of 3 4 days and on a site i read that it should be on daily basis and session should be from 20 to 60 mins daily. So my question is am i doing the right hypnosis or its just something else.
