In part i agree with what the anthony and hypnotician say.. if you have pain go and get it checked out..
Yet in the mean time and this Is not in anyways hypnosis.
We have this thing that happen in our body when we think about thing's.. yet i don't want you to think about them.. cos you don't want to go into a nice relaxed state of being do you now?
Now as you can think about at sometime taking a pain killer pill. and just remember what happened.. you had pain you took the pill and after a little while the pain just melted ways. and as you could think about so many different ways for this to work.. yet don't think about them in just the right ways cos you don't want to go into a calm relaxed mind state. for any other reason other then the right ones. and you know what they are.
Now i can remember when I wes. starting out learning about this stuff. it was before i even thought about thing's. in someways yet, I heard people say doing thing's like deep trance identifcation was really really hard. so as i didn't know what that was at that time.. i watched people and listend to them. then I would put my self into a deep trance. and forgot who i was.. just for a little while. and just like when i was a kid. in a very relaxed ways. just became that person or people. and thing just got so easy. over time. that is be came so pain free. that all i had to do was think about the thing I want'd. the skill or something else.. now this is not hypnsis okies yet yet it work just in the same ways.
... Be pain free... just becouse you can.

I agree! It is recommended that you not use hypnosis to mask body signals.
Migrane headaches should be seen by a medical specialist first. If no organic issues are found, then the sufferer could visit a trained hypnotherapist.

Fred, this is a question constantly asked by novices, and the fact is, there is no script that works. That is the same as saying that we are all out of the same cookie cutter, and what works for one works for all. Please, for your own sake, stop playing with hypnosis. By all means read about it and study it for use when you are competent, but don't use this tool on others until you understand it better. Anthony.... |
