I've recently been using self hypnosis to improve my diet, and I'm seeing great results. It's completely killed off those urges to go to Dairy Queen or Burger King, and now I don't mind cooking healthy things. I'm sticking to a very healthy diet thanks to self hypnosis.
I'm also having some luck making pain go away such as migraines.
Now here's what I'm wondering. I have an enlarged prostate, which is sometimes painful. I'm getting physical therapy for it and hope to get better. The doctor gave me medications to help with the pain. Can self hypnosis help me to actually heal my prostate and shrink it back to a normal size?
I took my first self hypnosis class back when I was a kid, Silva Mind Control (now known as the Silva Method). Recently, I've read books about self hypnosis and have begun to make my own recordings. I also use some recordings I've purchased that are made by others. I've found I'm quite skilled at going into a deep state.
It would be great if hypnosis could help me to improve my prostate health. |
