Hi everyone, I had hypnotherapy about 3 months ago and it was focused on fear of confrontation/fighting...
Initially it felt as if it might have worked but as time progressed it's now clear that the therpay hasn't worked, in fact I think it's worsened my feelings when it comes to these situations which I find myself in.
I'm not slating the hypnotherapist that conducted the therapy but it hasn't worked and I want to know what my options are.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any more information you need please don't hesitate to ask.

Sounds like the therapist knows what they are doing. But sometimes we just click with another person a little better. Did the therapist give you a recording to use as a booster after the sessions? If not, you may want to ask for one - something you can listen to from time to time. Or seek out an alternate therapist who does give you a recording afterward. I hope this helps.

I had 2 sessions and no I'm not on any form of medication, in fact my hyponotherapist asked me if I was before the sessions. |

How many sessions did you have? If it took years to develop this fear it may take a little time to reverse it. You can also try a different therapist. Are you taking medications or in treatment with a doctor? |
