Hi,
I'm trying to develop and experience sonnambulistic skills in self by self hypnosis. I have also been to a couple of trained hypnotherapists and let them experiment on me but with no success. I know I can relax and feel warmth and heaviness, but I am trying to hallucinate something "clearly" or forget a certain number or have my hands glued together unable to prise apart or anaesthesia etc.
The intention of this is to develop or access those parts of myself not yet accessible.
Has anyone managed to experience any of these things who formerly could not? I haven't received a single reply in other forums from someone who broke through this barrier. There must be someone out there. I hear "trainers" say that anyone can get there with practice, but have no evidence of anyone who has who formerly could not. |
