Hi folks
Can anyone suggest a way to help an MS sufferer who has a fear of falling over when she ventures out. Her MS condition is at present stable and the person in question has good mobility. Thanks

Hi hope this helps, having a fear of falling is one of our two natrul self defence systems, the other is a fear of loud noieses, ok try this ask this question/ What would hapen if you fell? than ask this, How would you like to feel insted? you need to fouces on the best feeling, so ask if you felt like this already how else would like to feel, do this and create a conversational loop with this question how else would could this good feeling feel, and build up the matrix, and guide your friend through this a few time.
Now the magic bit.
Have you friend close their eyes and have them imagine walking along a path any path thay know, maybe a joureny to the shops, or something like that, and have them holding a safty rail along this path, now as their walking along this path run through the matrix and have then associate in to this new memory of feeling safe.
Then do an ecolgy check and any clen up work that needs to be done.

The question is first, is this a common fear, or is it a phobia? From the sounds of it, it's more of a fear, however only you and they can determine that. I would suggest working on Self Confidence if it was my client and the person wasn't phobic. There are a number of self-confidence scripts available. In addition I would reinforce it through positive visualizations of the person walking around, doing things easily with no trips or mishaps. It's hard to be totally accurate not knowing the client, but those are at least the beginning steps I would take.
