I need hypnotist to block a few memories out. I have used therapy and hypnotherapy to deal with them and they don't really bother me but I'm tired of them being there and would like to put them out.
I know they're still there and have an affect on me and I am fine with that. I want these thoughts out of my councious mind so can live normal life. Please don't tell me it can't be done or it isn't the smartest thing. I'm not looking for opinions.

Hi
You sound really frustrated with those unwanted memroies. You say you ahve had therapies to deal with them and you have done so. I have to agree with theealier answer. If you had truly dealth with the problems they would no longer be troubling you.
It would be unwise to try to block memories as that just creates internal conflict and before long you will be needing help with that.
My advice would be to talk to a lot of therapists before committing and make sure that they give you feed back that shows they understand your problem and how they intend to deal with it. You need to eradicate the problem once and for all.

Here's my opinion and if you don't like it, don't read it a second time.
Trying to "block" memories is ill advised and is very unlikely to help anyway.
Looking to find a hypnotist who would do this, over the phone no less, will result in a unprofessional hypnotist with little real-life client experience. |
