Hello Everyone,
I am 25 years old male, and for some reason for a past 2 years I been experience low sex drive. I am fairly attractive guy, and always have females around me. But when I am with them alone I experience low sex drive or may be some kind of fear (anxiety) so my mind automatically blocks any ideas of having and kind of sexual activity with them. As soon as I am alone and feel relaxed, I want to have sex with them. May be its a fear of performance I don't know. Looking for some suggestions. |

cancer85 what else is going on in your life? In my experience sexual performance anxiety is generally also related to other events that are happening in your life. Maybe you have to resolve those first (for which hypnosis is a big help).

If you have an emotional reaction in a particular situation (anxiety) then hypnosis can likely help. There are self-hypnosis audios available on the internet. Those may help calm the anxiety.
These audios are going to be a bit more general... one-size-fits-all.
I suggest going to a qualified hypnotist for a face-to-face. It will more accurately address the issue. |
