Can someone please give me some insight into how a hypnosis session using a direct drive technique would go? I want something simple to build my sessions off of. There has to be something or someone out there with this knowledge.
My goal is to create sessions for myself where I can modify simple behaviors and thoughts about situations. There will be no age regressing or anything like that. I just want to be able to build a successful session and I have a feeling there is some type of formula.
I've been watching some Richard Bandler material and I've started to document what he does. Like I've noticed his pretalk is very important and starts the change before he even puts people in trance. It seems he goes to work building mental expectancy very early in the session. From there he does something to remove the old state of mind and then inserts new beliefs and things to better the person.
I just haven't figured out how to exactly do this yet. Any help? |
