I have spent the better part of the last week researching hypnosis, therapists and such. I am not looking for the easy cure or instant gratification but I am looking for a product that shows results and is straight forward. There is so much information on the web so many websites proclaiming there product is the best on the market.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good beginner product? I want to work on two areas of my life-sucess in business and health.

Recordings and group sessions tend to be too general in nature to help most people. As has been previously stated, find a qualified hypnotherapist in your area and work with them one on one. |

Dogger, I speak from experience when I say go get a one-on-one session. I have listened to many audios over the past two years and nothing has created long term success. There were a few programs that helped short term, but that wasn't what I was looking for.
In the last two months, I have seen a licensed hypnotherapist and she has helped me immensely. Without her help, I would not be making the consistent progress I'm making on a daily basis. I had some deep rooted, unresolved issues that were preventing my success and that were appearing as things I could fix on my own.
However, there is no substitute for one-on-one help. I cannot recommend it enough. |

Hi Dogger
Go to amazon and Look up the name Michael Neill he has a really cool coaching program on CD called effect less success- its really very good not a hypnosis product as such, yet it will give you a really good stepping stone.

Best results will be with a one-on-one session with an experienced hypnotist.
I've not listened to too many other audios myself. The owner of this site has some listed. |
