Hello everyone 
I am writing a suggestion right now. It is suppose to happen when I am sleeping, but sleeping is "future tense"; so therefore the subconscious would ignore it. If I want to recover my vocal cords, and I said something like; "I am recovering my vocal cords while I sleep". Would the subconscious understand that? or would it just ignore the whole statement, because it is in future tense. I hope I explained it good

I am sort of a perfectionist and like it to be best as it can (although I know that was not a very good example)

I think that suggestion would be just fine.
Might add some verbiage like:
While I'm sleeping my body rests, and all parts of my body, including my vocal cords, rest, recover, recuperate, and heal to their optimum capability. To function as they were originally designed and intended. My body does this automatically throughout the day, and night, and especially while resting and sleeping. |
