hi, let me briefly say about my life for the past 8 years,
i've doing my pursuit my career in financial services since i'm with my boyfriend together, seem like everything is fine but also gone thru stress and ups and downs but lately i found myself lost interest in this career and i've fear to face my existing daily job.
i lost my life direction and no direction...
i just don't fell like other people wake up earlier from bed and go for work but now i just don't wan to wake up... i wonder hypnosis theraphy can help me to back to normal? and my passion,positive and clear mind to continue my life becauce my baby in my stomach now... i really scare i'll ruin my baby development in my uterus...

If you don't want to wake up it seems you don't like your life. I know how you feel because I've been there. What helped me is visualizing my life the way I wanted it to be. And now I take constant steps towards it. I started doing more things I like. I overcame some fears.... I guess you just have to be really low once in your life to learn what exactly you want and how to get it. |

With that additional information - traumatic situation = strong emotion - Yes, based on your information, appropriate hypnosis should be able to help you. I know I work with these kinds of things every week and people find relief. I do not know of people in your area, but it would be worth looking into.
Whatever happened - the stronger then emotion, the more vivid the memory. The more vivid the memory, the more often your mind relives the memory, and you feel it's effects.

maybe i should elaborate clearly, before that i was full commited to my career and focus even i felt the passion of it... but after an incident traumatic any make me realised that this career bring me a lot of fear of loss toward my ex-boss. i felt lost after they treat me badly; they showed me the ugly side of this career... i felt tired and exhaused.. i felt hopeless and keeping asking myself why my 8 years hard work the return was turn into money matter issued and need me to restart everything again. i felt hopeless and lost of interest to work. i wonder anything in hypnosis to really find out the actual reason why my thought, attitude and action turn into another 1?

Hypnosis fit in very well- with many things- yet from what I am picking up- from what you have written- regarding lost of direction- etc. you might want to look into getting a life coach- Life coaches are trained to work with work and life balance- and I feel that this is more of what you need.
Hope this as helped in some way.
