I have searched the internet for different ideas and though some of them worked, I just can't seem to lose the weight I want to feel better about myself, believe me when I say that I have searched long. I recently started to develop man boobs and now I am really looking for a way out. I know that working out is one way, but I don't want to do it and most of the time I don't have the time. So I seek out other ways to compensate from working out. I have not been successful in the past, but everyday is a new day to me. I have been talking to some friend that have faced my same situation in the past and got up the nerve to how them how do they keep their weight down? They told me something that was unbelievable, my buddy told me that he and his wife go's to therapy, I said to myself "therapy", how can they lose weight going to therapy, he saw that I was puzzled and went on to explain. They have been going to a hypnosis classes, while that might sound strange, I was eager to hear them out. After listening to them for a while and going to the site that they gave me, and after joining the sessions myself I have shared this program with other friends that I know that were also struggling and even others who just wanted to maintain their weight. It is a blessing to know that there are people out there willing to put their time and effort into helping others. This has been a great experience for me and I now I am comfortable and losing weight everyday. Obesity and high blood pressure is a killer and it is not just subjected to one race more than the other. I hope that this information is helpful to some and I hope that everyone find what they seek in life, everything is out there we just have to find it and no be afraid to pursue our desires. If you ever found yourself in my situation, you should check them out too. As I said in the beginning, well I, like many had been struggling to lose this weight, than I was introduced to this. Thank you!
