6.03 What if the link is showing but I cannot complete the download?
In most cases this is an issue with your network or a problem with your Internet connection's speed. If you are behind a firewall at your office for example, you may not have the correct rights to be able to download certain files. Ask your system administrator for assistance. If your connection to the Internet is through a dial up service you may not have enough bandwidth to complete the download of some of the large audio files. Most script files should not be an issue as they are smaller ZIP files. Audio files can be over 20MB in size and can time out on slower internet connections. If this is the case try to download the product on an alternate computer or email us to request to receive the product in an alternate format (CDROM, Audio Cassette, etc.) by regular mail. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
