1.0.5 How do I re-download my product if the download failed?
Click the Customer Service link in the top right of any of our web pages. There you can sign in, click on the order number and restart your Download.
If the Download link does not appear under your order number then for some reason your download has not been approved as yet, you have passed the download date or the maximum download attempts allowed.
Please not that on slower Internet connections some downloads which may have a large file size, like our MP3 audio products (20MB+) may fail due to the poor connection. We suggest you get the CD-ROM version if you have a slow connection. This is suggested right in the product details for all large file download products.
