1.0.3 What if I never received any email invoice or tracking info?
In most cases this occurs if you mistyped the email address into your order form when placing your order.
This can also occur if your email service or program is blocking or filtering our email as spam. Please add hypnosisonline.com to your whitelist and allow our email to get to you.
If either of these have occured you can click the "Customer Service" link in the top right of all our pages. There you can track your order or read the tracking notes to find out the status of your order. You can view all the tracking messages that have been sent and see the progress of your orders.
