Submission Form Problems?

Sorry you are having problems with our online form.

The most common reason why the form does not submit properly is "too many characters in one or more of the text fields" or you are missing a required field. 

If you are missing a required field, this is easy to see as, you will get a pop up error window like this:

If you have too many characters in one or more of the text input boxes you will get a page in your browser window like this:

Note the "Error Type" line toward the bottom:

The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.   

You are only allowed 255 characters (count letters and spaces) in each of the large description box text fields.  Some of the other fields (Name, Company name, Title, etc.) only allow an adequate amount of text to be entered into the text lines too.  So any obvious long titles in any box will probably result in an error message like this one.

Once you have entered all the data without going over the limit, it will go through automatically. We promise.  

If you are getting some other message feel free to copy the entire error message text, paste it into an email message to us and we will try to see what is going on.
